Navy: Engineers Level 2

This matter renamed the Navy engineer officer employment classification descriptor replacing the term 'Level 2' with Principal Engineer' or 'Subordinate Materiel Governance Authority' as applicable. This amendment reflects Defence Seaworthiness Technical Regulations and provides a definition to the roles and responsibilities of those engineers who provide technical judgement.
