Enduring Command Pay Grade for Air Force Officers

This matter makes provision for any non-aircrew Air Force officer who is appointed to, and has exercised, a Command appointment for a minimum of 12 months to have their pay grade increased by one grade on posting to the command appointment and retain the additional pay grade then the appointment ceases, in recognition of the skills and value gained. Army and Navy already make provision for this.
