Administration of salary and allowances under forfeiture and suspension - Amendment

This matter altered the provisions that relate to the payment of salary and allowances to make it clear that a member of the ADF who is held in custody, other than civil custody, or is in detention, is to forfeit a part of their salary and allowances for the period of their custody or detention.
